This 4-week mentorship is designed to help you feel more confident managing everyday cases in general practice—making clinical decisions more efficiently and trusting that you’re on the right track.

Dr. Nicole Cohen is a board-certified canine/feline practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in general practice and emergency medicine. She created this mentorship to provide the practical clinical guidance and support that can be hard to find early in your career.

How It Works

This isn’t another course you’ll watch and forget. You’ll learn it, practice it, and then work through it with me.

1. Learn at Your Own Pace

You’ll complete 3 focused, pre-recorded masterclasses, each paired with a practical workbook of actual cases designed to help you apply what you’re learning.

2. Put It Into Practice—Together

We’ll meet 3 times live on Zoom to work through the workbook cases as a small group. We’ll talk through the decisions that happen as they would in real practice: What do you ask? What would you do test? When to recheck? What to check at a recheck?  If there is time at the end, we can look at personal cases as well. 

This is where we turn knowledge into clinical confidence.

3. Build the Skills They Don’t Teach You in Vet School

Each live session also includes practical coaching from a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager on the people side of veterinary medicine—client communication, navigating difficult conversations, working with your team, and becoming a stronger leader in the exam room and the clinic.

4. Get Support Between Sessions

For the full 4 weeks, you’ll have access to our private Slack group where you can ask questions, discuss your own cases, learn from the cases other members bring to the group, and get support directly from Dr. Cohen and the other group members.

You won’t just learn more veterinary medicine. You’ll practice putting the pieces together so you can walk into your next case knowing what to do next—and trusting yourself more when you do it.
