Thank you for shopping at Vet Helpful Notes. We strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your needs. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our return and refund policy.
Returns and Exchanges:
- All Digital Product sales are final. No returns or exchanges permitted.
- 14-Day return policy on all physical products if not satisfied. Please reach out to info@vethelpfulnotes.com. Product must be in re-sellable condition, in order to receive a full refund.
- Badge Reels - Returns/exchanges allowed up to 14 days after purchase. Customer may be responsible for shipping costs. Replacements due to wear and tear will be honored for up to 90 days.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our vethelpfulnotes@gmail.com or click on the contact form on the home page. Reference your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product received is defective or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds due to their nature. These may include digital downloads, personalized/customized products, or items that have been explicitly marked as non-returnable.
- We will indicate if an item is non-refundable on the product page.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with your order details and a description and image of the issue.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, based on your preference.
Shipping:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

- We reserve the right to modify or update our Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
